We work with referral sources including Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, CPA’s etc. Please note that we currently function as a Commercial Loan Intermediary / Advisor and not a direct lender. We expect to be functioning as a Correspondent Lender again sometime in 2025 – 2026.

We currently work with a handful of Banks, Investors and Non-Bank Lenders to provide the loan programs offered on this site. For the most part we have had the same business partners since 2010 who fund loans originated and processed by us.
