SBA LOANS

We offer both the SBA 7(a) Loan and the SBA 504 Loan for owner operated businesses located in the U.S.

USDA B&I LOANS

We proudly offer USDA B&I Loans for Business who are located in a designated eligible area. Loan amounts up to $20 Million.

SMALL BALANCE LOANS

Conventional and Hard Money Loans are available through Alliance and East Coast Ohio down to $75K on select property types.

INVESTMENT PROPERTY LOANS

investment Property Loans including Fix n Flip, Foreign Investor, Fast 50, FlexTerm and FlexTerm I/O are available on select property types.

BRIDGE LOANS

We offer Bridge Loans on select Commercial Real Estate Properties

Business Loan Programs

We’re proud to announce that we now offer Business Loans with NO COLLATERAL Requirements.

These loans are for existing Businesses that have been operating for a minimum of 1 month, have an official office that is not in a residence, bring in minimum revenue of $17K @ month and have a minimum EquiFax Credit Score of 551.
